About Me

My name is Mike. This website is dedicated to some of my tech projects, such as my cyberdeck and my on-going home networking projects

I am an architect and designer by education but have always had a passion for technology. I've spent over 13 years in the building and construction industry specializing in building information modeling primarily utilizing Autodesk solutions. I have been involved in a wide range of projects from housing, institutional, industrial, and hospitality. Some of the developments I have been involved with have exceeded $2BIL. I have also filled project management roles for contracts ranging from $100k up $13MIL as well as filling construction estimating roles.

My true passion still lies in technology and everything to do with it. I've recently acquired my A+ and Net+ certifications. I have been building computers as a hobby outside of work for over 20 years and have recently taken a dive into becoming more of a maker. My range in the tech space is extremely wide and I have always considered myself as a jack of all trades that is not afraid to tackle anything, as you will see on this website. My goals currently are to transition from the AEC industry to something more tech or IT adjacent.
